Terms and Conditions

As the participant or parent/guardian enrolling your child into SimplyTennis programs, you agree to the conditions as stated below.

Participation

All participants are required to follow the lawful instructions of SimplyTennis coaches and staff. Any participant may be removed from the program if his or her behaviour is excessively disruptive to the class.

Acknowledgement of Risks, Injury and Obligations

I acknowledge that the activities I am to undertake have potential dangers and by participating in them, I am exposed to certain risks. I acknowledge and understand that as a result of participating in any such activities:

I may be injured, physically or mentally. Any physical conditions I may have, of which I may or may not be aware, of which I may or may not have disclosed to SimplyTennis, its staff or representatives, may be aggravated or worsened by my participation.

My personal property may be lost or damaged.

Other persons may cause injury to other persons or damage their property.

The conditions in which activities are conducted may vary without warning.

There may be no or inadequate facilities for treatment or transport for me if I am injured.

I assume the risk of, and the responsibility for any injury, illness, death or property resulting from my participation in any activities.

Release and Indemnity

You agree to release and indemnify SimplyTennis and staff as follows:

I participate in the activities at my sole risk and responsibility. I release, indemnify and hold harmless SimplyTennis, its servants and agents, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of arising out of any injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property arising out of my participation in any activities.

I also agree that in the event that I am injured, or my property is lost or damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against SimplyTennis or its servants and agents, in respect of that injury, loss or damage. I have read and understand it and know how it affects my legal rights.

Rain Policy

Do check with your coach one hour before your lesson if there needs to be any rescheduling due to rain. Your lesson may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.

You will be charged for the lesson once it has commenced, even if the lesson might be interrupted due to the rain.

Court Booking

You are required to reimburse your coach the court booking fees should you cancel or reschedule your classes for any reasons.

If the lesson is at your condo, do make sure that you have the court booked and it is available. You will be charged for the lesson in full once your coach has arrived at your court at the prearranged date and time.

Promotional Use

The photos or videos of our participants may be used by SimplyTennis for promotional purposes online or in print. Kindly let us know if you do not wish for you or your child’s photos or videos to be used.

Cancellation Policy

Private Classes

Private lessons may be cancelled and rescheduled if 48 hours notice is given. The full lesson fee will apply if less than 48 hours notice is given. There will be no refunds for no-shows.

Group Classes

There are no make-up classes or refunds for absence as our slots are limited. However, participants may attend other group classes, depending on available slots, if a valid medical certificate is provided.

Kids Tennis Camps

There are no make-up classes or refunds for absence as our slots are limited. However, your child may attend another tennis camp, depending on available slots, if a valid medical certificate is provided.

Private/ Group Lessons Bundle Expiration Dates

Expiration date for 4hr bundles will be 6 weeks from date of payment/renewal

If there are certain dates which you know in advance where you are unable to attend a session, give us early notice, before your first lesson so that we can adjust accordingly

If you need to consume your bundle quickly as it's about to expire, do let us know and we can help schedule you into our other existing groups

Payment

Tennis fees paid are non-refundable. Payment is to be made in advance. SimplyTennis reserves the right to postpone your sessions if payment has not been received.
